The Lady in Black
Moundsville West Virginia penitentiaryOur group went to the prison on Sept. 2nd, 2005 to do an investigation. There was 16 members who went that night and everyone experience paranormal activity there.
In the photo above you can see a lady there with a black shirt on. Well people that would be our Moundsville Lady in Black ghost! We was on our tour by a prison guard that once worked there when the place was open. We was all standing in a small area where there was several rows of cells and he was telling us the story of that area and i thought i heard a voice say take a picture! So i rose my camera up alittle and there she was in the picture like she belonged there!
When the prison opened up way back in the day it was a co-ed prison and then they moved the woman to another prison location. So this female spirit was more then happy to be seen and noticed. I do recommend this place to all Paranormal Investigators. The place is great for getting those EVP's!!!
